In less than an hour from alerting ZNO through Anji that I was possibly interested in their services to replace my water damaged dining room ceiling, Claudio called me, made an appointment to come over to give me an estimate, and showed up right on time. After introductions, we headed inside where he stopped at the door and was going to put on shoe protectors so as not to dirty my floors. My first hint at the level of professionalism with which they conducted themselves. Claudio provided a written, detailed estimate the next day via email, and I responded to his email with some questions I had. He was on the phone with me literally minutes later with the answers to all my questions, had no problem revising the estimate and I had it in my email the next day.

Rather than turn this review into a saga, let’s just sum up with the facts – they arrived for work when expected, did a great job, finished a day earlier than I expected, everything promised was delivered, all the fellows in the crew were polite, friendly and capable, Bryan was there supervising as necessary, Claudio was there at the start and completion of the job, and my floors were cleaner after they left than before they started. They even cleaned my lighting fixture before they rehung it. I will not hesitate hiring ZNO for all my future projects
